What will make a RCA 52w59 Television stop powering up?

I have a RCA 52W59 HD television that when it is turned on it will instantly turn its self back off again. It will not power up again for serveal miniutes, and once the green power light comes back on it will instantly turn off again. Is this a easy problem to fix or will alot of money be invloved?

    No way of knowing for sure but it sounds like a self protect that is preventing more serious damage. More likely than not it is a fuse and it will not be horribly expensive to fix. The service call might be the most expensive part!

    The problem is in the circuit. Contact the service centre.
