i just bought ssbb. i want to get mario galaxy too, but i also want the extra controller that comes with the wii play because i only have one nunchuck now. what is the better deal? mario galaxy or wii play? what would u get?

Super Mario Galaxy. Wii Play is the most boring game on the Wii, it sucks balls. Super Mario Galaxy is a platform game and has better graphics. Stay away from Wii Play.

it depends what kind of gamer you are lol wii play is good if your one to play with friends because by yourself it kind of sucks, the games are pretty easy to get a platinum medal in and after that whats the point? however, it is not 4 player like other wii games only 2 player but you can go head to head with a friend. Mario galaxy is awesome its better than paper mario and is more so for one player, like most mario games. But you are able to play 2 player on it one person controls mario and goes through the levels while the other person tries to gather all the little gem things lying around, obviously alot more fun for the mario controller. All in all they are both pretty good games, but personally i like mario galaxy more

That is probably one of the easiest questions I've ever answered on Yahoo! Answers. Galaxy all the way.
-One of those games is shallow, has poor graphics, and grows old in about an hour (maybe less, give or take).
-The other offers around 40+ hours of one of the best looking (not quite the best but up there), addicting, and just plain fun experiences on the Wii.
Your choice. (by the way the shallow game is Wii Play in case you didn't catch that).
Also, buy the Wii remote by itself, it'll save you $10 and Wii Play isn't worth anything near $10. I made the mistake of thinking it was a great deal. Don't make the same mistake as me, you'll regret it!

Super Mario Galaxy. It's amazing, fun, enjoyable, pleasurable, exciting, shocking and one of the best games of 2007. The only reason to get Wii Play is for the Wii Remote, but that's not worth it because the game is bad.
