Do u function well under pressure?

Yes that is why they pay me, to function under pressure.!!!

Pressure is hard to be control, but if you have the determination and have the impeccable attitudes towards pressure, I'm sure everyone are able to function well under pressure.

It is my job to function well under pressure.I work at least 8 hours per day in an office, then I go home and I am on-call in case someone has a question.In the meantime I have a life to live that includes family and friends.Pressure is my friend.lol

Sometimes I can very well but then it depends on the situation. There was this time I was at work in a pizza restaurant which was in the year '89, and 2 hoodlums ran inside with masks one night waving guns. This situation never happened to me before so it was a rather chilly experience. Well, there was 1 table of customers at the time, myself and 2 other employees and one of the hoodlums ordered us to sit on the floor in the back of the restaurant. All of us kept our composure pretty well but things got shaky when I noticed both guys had red eyes bugging out of the mask holes obviously high on drugs and one of them hit the manager over his head with the back of the gun because the safe was a time lock; no patience so they made him go in the freezer. Those criminals were able to grab the money and they ran out. The police came and we found out that in the freezer there was a hidden alarm button that the Mgr. failed to push when in there and that is when the rest of us about fell out we were so disgusted because those robbers did get away and could have been stopped prior. I will never forget this incident. This Mgr was the talk of the company for a long time.

Some kinds of pressure I do work well under....but some types of stress causes me to shut down. I need a deadline to make me perform some tasks that have to get done.

This depends on what task I am doing. If I am under pressure and I am at work I seem to perform better. it all relates to your environment and your positions as well a your place of employment.

No I get too steamed up under pressure.. I may even blow a gasket and then I get more pressure for hollering that makes things even worse!
