First...please read and consider this important information:

The 1964 and subsequent 1988 U.S. Surgeon General's reports conclusively, irrefutably and undeniably stated that 'heroin and nicotine were of equal addictive strength'. In short...anyone indulging in either heroin or nicotine (tobacco) is an addict. Top that off with the fact the report also states conclusively, irrefutably, and undeniably that smoking tobacco causes cancer.

If you don't believe me...access the reports...it's easy enough to do.

The government and businesses want you to look at the guy with a crack pipe, or the person with a needle in his arm and think to yourself, "What a pathetic, lowlife addict!"

BUT...they don't want YOU to recognize the fact that if you smoke tobacco, or use tobacco products, YOU TOO are an addict. Why? Because making you realize you're an addict takes money away from the government and businesses.

So society-at-large keeps employing and perpetuating the euphemisms "smoker" and "smoking" to make you feel comfortable with this government sanctioned addiction.

The government even makes money off the products sold to help you stop being an addict. Talk about parasitic!

SO....remember...that YOU are a recovering addict. You WILL be a recovering addict the rest of your life. You very well may need a support group to help you. In the meantime, stay away from other nicotine addicts. You've certainly heard the tales of someone who "just had ONE puff" and was back smoking cigarettes again. That's because what I wrote earlier is TRUE. It's an addiction.

It's not worth it DON'T!!! I quit for 8 months, how, I couldn't tell ya but I did and found a pack laying around and was "bored" so thought a pack wouldn't hurt, that was 3 months ago..it's better to crave a cig every once in awhile than to CONSTANTLY think about quitting..and the $3.20 it costs you every day! I honestly feel like crap now.

Resist it. Cigarettes are the leading cause of lung cancer. You're contributing to air pollution. Giving 2nd degree lung cancer to those who inhale your smoke and what's ironic is that you're paying good money for the vice. So stop smoking.

P.S. I heard there's a liquid medicine in China wherein after you inhale it. It'll make you hate cigarettes. :)

try something else, and maybe you will get addicted to that instead of cigarrettes. My uncle had to quit cigarrettes because of health problem, and now instead of smoking he chew gum. Each time he wants a cigarrette he chews a piece of gum, before you know it, he don't even care about cigarrettes anymore, he always have a pack of gum on him instead. He's quit for over 15 years, talking about 15 months. try it and see if it can help you :)
