Why would America donate to Myamar and others when dictators won't even let our donations in the country?

Good question! It isn't like we don't have our own issues here with mexican's taking over. They break in, and we pamper them. We drive across the border, and they execute us. What's a more effective deterrent? We need to follow their lead.

because we want to seem like the most generous country. america is desperate to have countries adore us for generosity and money. it doesnt work. but if we stop then countries will b*tch at us for not sending stuff when they most likely arent either

Poor leadership we should'nt be giveing them a dime,i think it's time to use that money to help people in our own country.
