Wouldn't the alltime greatest duet be between....?
Gerard Way and Joel Madden? They could combine lyrics from "I'm Not Okay" and "I Just Wanna Live" and it would be wicked SWEET!
What do you think?
"I'm Nooooot ooooo-*effing*-kaaay... in my birthday suit when I'm home alone talking on the phone..."

Screw the Jonas Brothers, I'm polygamously marrying Gerard and Joel♥
If MCR and GC sang a song together that would be the coolest thing ever. Both make awesome lyrics

The all-time greatest duo will always be John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The Beatles were innovative, and would not have been so, if it weren't for the writing of these two.
Early Heart (the Wilson sisters) were also very good...that is, before they started caring more about their hair than rockin'.
EDIT:
"Helena" is a much better song by MCR.

How did I forget Simon and Garfunkel? They were every bit as great as Lennon/ McCartney.
