If you had an idea that would change the economy,produce jobs,& produce self wealth,who would you contact?
Although the whole nation would benefit from your idea,who would you most likely trust to help you get your idea from paper to a real plan when it involves legalities,pollitics,taxes,the automotive,& construction industry? And how would you patent an idea that has no physical moving parts to prevent others from doing the same as you?

Contact your state representatives/senator, write a letter explaining your idea and request a response. (Save a copy of it for your personal records, and make several attempts to get it noticed)

Run for election on that idea. If your idea is a core economic policy change, the only way to get it implemented is if "We The People" agree and give you the power to do it.
Trying to get the status quo to implement your idea is a dead end. Anything that upsets the apple cart will be met with resistance.

you'd have to call your senator or representative in your state and hope they pass it on to others in congress or major economist that make a difference.
