double chin?
I have a loose area of skin under my chin, kind of sagging I guess :(((

Loose weight and take good care of your skin...especially the neck area. There is an exercise that is supposed to tighten that area.
Give yourself a tight underbite, your muscles and skin get tight, now rotating your head from side to side bring your chin down try to touch your neck with it. Do not bend your head down to your chestyour chin should be doing all the work.
Do 15 reps to each side.
The great thing is you can do this while on the computer, cooking, watching TV... or anywhere.

Lose weight. The chin is one place where it shows first in some people.
