a bad head ache?

around 7:30am yesterday mourning i had a fever and a head ache (thats normal) and then this mourning i woke up at 7:30am and my head still hurt (thats not normal for it to last so long) so i went back to bed and then woke up at 10:00am my head still hurt and its 12:06pm now i still have a bad head ache the side of my head (around the temple area) hurts and inside my ears hurt and everything seems qiuter then they are. whats goin on? ive never had a fever like this and ive never had a cold like this. i have asthma but i dont think that would have anything to do with it. no pills work on me so those wont make the pain go away so dont sugest pain relevers or anything. i just want to know if its somethin i should take to the hospital or if its somethin that will go away with out medical atention.
