Yes he did mention it in an interview he did. I don't think he should have said it, but lets be honest, race will always be a factor.

Yes he did use the race card. I have respected Willie for a long time, but I lost respect for him today because he played the race card. It is getting to the point now where I wonder if there are any blacks that don't play the race card. I didn't think that Willie would do that.
