how do I music I've downloaded to my desktop to a cd or itunes?
I'm fairly new at using computers, but I bought some music online, and it's on my desktop. I'm trying to rip it to a cd or put it on itunes. Thanx for your help.

To put it into iTunes:
-Open iTunes.
-Click File.
-Click Import.
-Near the top of the box that pops up click on the arrow at the side of the drop down menu.
-Click on Desktop.
-You should see your downloaded music files from here. One at a time click on them and click Open.
Hopefully this will work ok for you!
You can burn your music to CD using iTunes too. Here's how:
-Highlight the Music you want to burn. (To highlight multiple songs hold down the Ctrl key as you click them)
-Click on File and then click New Playlist From Selection.
-You'll get an "Untitled Playlist" at the left hand side of your screen. You can rename this by double clicking it.
-When your in the playlist you want to burn put a blank CD into your CD drive and click on the "Burn Disk" button, which should be at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
Happy computing! lol :D
