Some species of scorpion have been known to be endangered, but no the average scorpion species population is booming, they make an average litter of 8 when they give birth so they easily populate areas. They are most commonly found in areas of new zealend, and of course deserts. But species like the striped bark scorpion are extremely common in modern day society. However species like the emperor scorpion are soon to be under threat of extinction, as they are commonly hunted by people for their popularity.
