How can we be sure we are receiving honest reports from our surveying team?
For our website http://americanmadeyes.com/ we are embarking on two surveys. We will do one on college campuses and the other in shopping malls. How can we be sure our surveyors are reporting honest results and not making them up?

You won't.
Let's say you put someone on board to 'watch them'.
But who's watching them and why would you trust them more. So you put someone on etc etc etc. You get my drift.
I'd go out for the first couple of days with each team and do the sampling with them. You know that that information isn't tainted. That will give you a benchmark of where you expect to see your numbers fall.
Once they start sending them in and their numbers don't 'jive' you know you prob have a problem.
