whats the difference between ben and jerrys ice cream and ben and jerrys frozen yogarts?

Ice cream is cream based, frozen yogurt is yogurt based. Frozen yogurt tends to be lower in calories. Ice cream is richer in taste.

calorie content is slightly lower and i think also the fat content, the frozen chocolate cookie yogurt is yummy, tastes the same as the ice cream but it melts a bit quicker.

Frozen yoghurts are a more healthier option

ice cream is made with real cream, iced yohurt is made with yoghurt and has fewer calories per portion, it also tastes different- more watery as oppose to creamy.

i think the ice cream is made from whole fat milk and cream and the yoghurt is made from freezing regular yoghurt and adding extra ingredients.

One is cream based, and one is yoghurt based.
