How do you mend a broken heart?
When your heart's broken... what do you do to heal it?

You've asked the same question the Bee Gees did in a song:
"How do you mend a broken heart?
How do you stop the rain from falling down?
How do you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?"
I first learned to be honest about why the relationship didn't work. I try not to focus on what was lost or what went wrong. I remember the positive. And forgive the negative. I remember love is a gamble, and I can only play the hand I've been dealt.
I don't assign blame, I alibi. I remind myself of the good qualities, for both of us. I set positive goals, and work to achieve them.
Be positive, not vindictive. And admit the errors you've made. And assign blame to yourself first. When you've finished berating yourself you can start on your ex. Since this is not a process to bring joy to your heart you usually won't finish.
It took a couple of emotional beat downs for me to learn this, but this does work

I have had my heart broken twice in my life, and there's no pain at least in my mind that hurts worse than that, but i found comfort through my friends, and my family also especially my mother whom i'm very close to,because she helped me through some of the roughest times in my life, and not to sound weird or anything but if it wasn't for my mother being there for me to help me through this last breakup i don't really think i would have made it.When i got my heartbroken i just like to bend everyone's ear about it and try to get their advice on what i should do,but i just try to talk myself out of the pain as hard as it is to do thats what i do.There was somebody who's heart i broke before, and when i did i felt horrible about it because i knew the feeling and it made me think back to howi felt but there was nothing i could do to make that person accept my apology because they were just too angry.
I think that time does heal all wounds, but sometimes forgetting a person completely is a difficult thing to do especially if you were so in love with them.

Time tends to heal a broken heart. I think that you just need to get past the pain and move forward. It is hard to do but once it happens you start to feel better. Good luck!

I clean, I cry, and I shop
give it time and it eventually resembles something to the old heart before although never fully recovers....
If that doesn't work then you just have to use duck tape and hope its enough to keep it together.
When I figure this out, I will let you know

Ride it out, and slowly heal by delving into ways to overcome the "emptiness". A broken heart is a way of teaching you to love yourself, and learn independence above all else.
Then, once you mended your own heart, and realise you can live on your own, the one who broke it will come back.

First you lean on the ones that love you, friends and family…
Then you take time to learn from the experience, Learning about 'YOU', why, what, when, how, and in doing so become stronger, elevating your mind.
Then you get another love, giving it all you got, as this brings its own reward!!!

When time comes for you to give your heart to someone,
Make sure that you select someone,
Who will never break your heart,
Because broken hearts have no Spare Parts.
Never break four things in your life,
Trust, Promise, Relationship and Heart.
Because when they break they do not make noise,
but pains a lot.............!!
