I love the Sims and I'm getting a new Apple Laptop and should I pu tit on therre and risk low memory or what??
Ps. The laptop has 1GB of memory??

If you're going to use you new laptop only for games then you can, but if not don't play it because you need more memory for Sims!

I personally think that you should either get more memory for your laptop. Is it new? Did you buy it with only 1 GB? If so, i think you should call and ***** out whoever sold you this laptop. Computers should have more that one gig of memory-laptop or not. But, for now, I would tell you not to play the Sims 2 on your laptop, because that's not nearly enough memory.

I'd say no, that is FAR too little memory for The Sims 2. You should try the Sims Stories, made especially for the laptop.
