They say that good things come for those who wait...?

Hubby and I struggled, and delayed our lives and planned and, set money aside, made and paid off bills through the years, and made our way through 40 years of working toward a very lucrative and happy retirement. We made it. We have the justifiable rewards of delaying gratification in lieu of a future where you are not tossed and crashed to the floor by the economy or by changing societal undercurrents. It's a tremendous feeling. Success is wonderful!!!

A Very Long Time

In love, my wait is over, but in other parts of my life I am either nearing the end of the wait or have have awhile longer to wait. It depends on what aspect of my life the wait is for.

I have been waiting way too long and have given up hope. How long before Jason Statham realizes that I exist? I guess I should just move on to Bruce Willis.

I waited 15 years, and now as of 3 months ago I am engaged and think he is really the one!

I was waiting for 3 years and finally got pregnant when I decided I didn't want to have another baby anymore.

I have been waiting a long long long time. I hope it comes soon I am running out of patience.

Or it's said "all the best things in life are worth waiting for".

I sincerely think I waited, I received, and I lost all in the same breath.

If at first you don't succeed, try try again.

I believe this is true. I don't usually have to wait too long. It may not be something really big, but it's always something good.
