Who knows or cares. Just cause it says 100 calorie pack doesn't mean it's good for you or ok. It's a scam by these million dollar marketers. They know 2/3 of the U.S. population is obese, so they've got to find ways to still get your money.
They've done the same thing on cereal boxes too. Putting all the nutritional facts on the front of the box. Or saying "It's healthy"
The truth is it's too much sugar. and there is 0 nutritional value!
