    Hi Blade,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team

responding to your question about Norton 360. As others have pointed out, it does appear that the installer you download is corrupt.

Please have your order # and Norton Account information available and then visit the Norton Download Center at the following link to re-download the Norton 360 installer.

    http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/cs/dtree.js...

Please NOTE, that you must be connected to the internet when installing Norton 360. This will allow you to update your Norton Account with your new product key, and will also allow LiveUpdate to run, which will download and install the latest program and definition updates.

After the installation is complete, run a "Comprehensive Scan" from within Norton 360 on your computer to make sure that your computer is not infected.

    Thank you,

    Mike

Reinstall it from source, that was pre-approved by Norton.

Try downloading it from the Norton 360 site.

Where are you downloading it from (which website)? If you're not using the norton website, try using it. Or use a different source. The one you are downloading from might be corrupt.
