As a disabled American veteran my hat goes off to all those who lost their life to defend you and me. My hat goes off to all veterans still alive for defending us and those who have become disabled while serving. Bless you all.

Yes, it will be a long silence on Monday and I applaud you for taking the time to think of all who unselfishly gave their lives for something so insane as war because they thought it was the right thing to do for their country. I respect and admire people in the military because they have committed themselves on such a grand scale and that is the highest form of committment one can make and to sacrifice themselves for their countries.

Thanks for the kind reminder.. i had an uncle that i never knew who died in WW2 and a casual person who i knew who died in Viet Nam.. I'm not a contact of yours but one of mine starred ..But that is a qood q..We should all remember who died for our country for sure..
