It sounds like you have a great setup planed but, for one do not put the light over the water. you want to put the water over on the cool side of the tank. you could hang the vines here too. then you want to put the hide box about right in the middle so its not to hot during the day and not to cold during the night. put the climb branch under the light on the basking side. You should have a hygromiter by the water bowl/dish and one on the basking side too. you should also have a thermomiter on both sides as well. you may want to get an infered light that stays on 24/7. this will help keep the tank warm all the time. you also may want to get a 75 watt instead of a 100 watt. (i have a 50 watt in my 20g and it gets it to about 92 during the day) My ball loves her tank setup, wich is set up kinnda like this. OH you may want to get an extended plug-in strip and a timer for the 100 watt bulb to turn in on/off at twelve hour intervules.

    I hope this helps you.

Enjoy your setup with your Ball python

Dont put the light over the water bowl for starters. The water could get really warm. A snake will burn itself and not even know they are doing it. I probably wouldnt put the hide spot under the light either. I would put the light on one side and the bowl and hide on the other side. You can put the climbing log someplace in the middle. Thats te best advice I got for you. Good luck. Hope it turns outs good looking for you
