Hair problems?

I'm a african american and i have several hair problem. I can never get my hair straightened because I'm either swimming (i'm a lifeguard), working out in a hay field, working horses, and marching band. Usually I pull my hair back but I know that isn't good, are there any styles that I could do with it?

I'm not an african american, but i have some african american friends that can't stand their hair and what they do is use a really good shampoo and conditioner. Get the best you can with silk proteins if possible, and use a styling cream every day. With styling cream you can style your hair in almost any way, and it conditions your hair at the same time. A good secret to glamorous hair is hair accessories! Buy cute head bands, clips, bows, and cute ponytail holders. Always put your hair in a high ponytail for extra glam and style. You may want to consider getting a perm (like have your hair permed in spirals) and all you would have to do is style it (takes like 2 minutes) and you're set for the day.

I hope this helped but just remember to keep your hair soft!! =)
