How do i let the back seat down on a 2004 Ford F-150 super Cab?

Unless you take it to the dealer and let them use the computer to get the code you will have to remove the rear seat. The seat is hard to remove if you have never done one before. If the shoulder belts are above the seat you will have to remove the 10 mm nuts behind the plastic covers first. Then if you look between the crack of the seat where the seat belt buckles come out you will find 4 plastic locks. They are very hard to find or see but they Are there. Use a long plastic flat screw driver to push the locks back towards the rear or the seat. You will have to lift up on the seat at the same time, it's 2 man job. Don't jump around. start from one side and work your way to the other. good luck. I would pay the dealer 50$ first

that should have been written down...anyway, you can call the dealer, they can track down the manufacturer or the dealer should have the security code...i've always remembered mine so i haven't dealt with this to date...
