which is the best way or site to get paid to blog. i would like to start a blog and get paid to writte for what i love. which is the best way. and how much can I expect to get paid by writting only during free times.

Ummm... I'm not an expert on this, but I believe the people who get paid to blog about certain things are making the money because they *already* have popular blogs.
See, if you have a blog that's only read by you, your mom, and your 3 closest friends, that's not worth anything to a marketer.
If you want to make $$$ blogging, you will probably need to commit to writing regularly (like every day) and build a following. Only after you have the audience will your blog be worth paying for.
Try googling "get paid to blog" and you'll find several companies that represent marketers looking for bloggers.
