How do I make fake water into a more opaque colored base?
Ok, let me explain, I am trying to make my mom a giant nail polish bottle [I've done thise before, but about 9 years ago] It requires using that "fake water" used for silk flowers and crap like that. My issue is that I want to make the nail polish in the bottle more of a opaque goldish color, and I also want to add glittler to it. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to make the acrylic substance, "fake water" if you will look more gold and opaque and if there is a way to do that, I'm worried that as the substance hardens the glitter and gold coloring will sink to the bottom. I know this whole process seems ridiculous, but if anybody has any ideas to help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!

AHAH! it's not global warming that's causing the rising ocean water! it's fake water being manufactured in large quantities by Hitler's underground laboratories! ...just kidding...

Here's a link to fake water and fine glitter dust. The dust should be light enough not to sink. Good luck!

Add titanium dioxide to it. It's available from any soap making supplier. About 1 tablespoon per kilo of soap base would be fine.
