'95 Concorde - problems starting?
Lately my car either starts right up, or have to crank it 3 or 4 times, or turn the key and nothing (no clicking like a low battery, etc). It usually acts up when the engine's warm. Would this be a starter or cam sensor going bad?

From what I know about those cars those starters are suppose to be one of the best made parts on the whole car actually.I'd really be looking for bad or corroded or rusty connections.
That aged vehicle probably needs the electrical charging system's circuit over hauled and that could be part of the problem you're having now. You'll need to check, for corrusion or rust and maybe clean the system with fine sandpaper , small wire brushes the battery, starter, alternator posts, connections and connectors, plus the engine block ground, clean or replace any and all ground wires, plus use new screws etc in connecting the grounds ,and create new ground wires or ground connections when their too rusty etc to remove. If you want to spend the time it's well worth it to take out the relays , and fuses with the battery disconnected and clean their connectors, especially any fuses etc located under the hood. Plus clean , re-gap or change the spark plugs , clean the connectors inside the spark plug wires with a flat head small screwdriver, just be careful not to scrape the wire itself inside the connectors and be sure to clean the ignition coil connectors too.
Don't even worry about any old grounds if you made up new ones as long as their not in the way and you've it done right.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way it might not be a bad idea to pick up a service manual for that vehicle. I'd highly suspect the problem is related to bad or corroded or rusty connections especially if the parts you've been replacing are battery's , starters and alternators etc.

Sounds like you have to replace the air-flow sensor. Doesn't cost too much - maybe $20

well it sounded at first like fuel preshure regulaor but now that you say some times it dont turn over that is electrical not cam sensor if it was that it would still turn over just wont start if it always turns over fuel preshure regulator if it is not turning over at all starter or ignition switch

also check out your battery cables, if they look corroded/green, you mabe hav to replace the cable, try running jumper cables from ur battery straight to your starter if u can get at it, it its starts up no problem everytime with the jumpers, its most likly ur cable...or even just a loose battery cable

It could be many things like your starter, coil, or you ran out of blinker fluid.
