Does a memory card replace the battery in a digital camera?

    sorry but no. The battery is a source of power to the camera, and the memory card stores images. so yeah, you'll have to buy both if the camera does not come with it. but usually, the camera comes with the battery.

    No. The Memory card is, well, a memory module. It holds whatever files (pictures, videos, audio) that your camera takes.

    The battery provides it power to be able to take those photos, or videos or record audio.

    It's like trying to replace the human heart with a brain.

    Lol, no it most certainly doens't , a memory card is a device that records the images that you have taken, and allows you to preview them in space. A battery is what powers the camera and allows it to function. The two are completely different and un-related with eachother.
