2000 cadillac seville sunroof stuck open?
it closed and it is stuck open on 'vent', the buttons stopped working, what gives? even when i turn the car off it wont close?

Check the fuse. If it's not bad, use a test light at the switch. If there is power there, check the motor on the sunroof module. If power there, replace the module.

EDIT - Important: The sunroof motor drive gear is made of nylon, care should be taken not to damage the slot in the drive gear.
The sunroof can be operated manually by simultaneously depressing and turning the center slot in the sunroof motor drive gear with a large straight-bladed screwdriver.

I would start with continuity at fuse , switch and relay. worst case scenario there should be a provision for a manual crank key.
This feature was designed for scenarios like this.
