What can I make for dinner with these ingredients?

1/2 red pepper, red onion, mushrooms, broccoli, spring onions - not pasta as I had that last night. Nothing with dairy - but I can pick up some meat on the way home.

    Pick up some chicken and some peanut sauce and make stir fry, yum.

    Pick up lamb chops and rice when your out.

    have 1/2 red pepper, red onions and mushrooms cooking with the lamb chop in the oven in sauce/gravy with foil over it.

    cook the rice as usual and add sweetcorn at the end so it can warm through.

    steam some broccoli and chopped spring onions (cut lengthways)

    leave until everything is cooked and serve on a warm plate to prevent the food from cooling too fast.

    Chicken stir fry, delicious! Use vegetable oil to cook the chicken and onions first, then add the mushrooms, then when they are cooked, toss in the other vegetables with a dash of soy sauce for about a minute. Have it just like that, or with boiled rice.

    haha one of the hardest questions in life, isnt it. what to have for dinner? :P

    first thing that springs to mind would be to stir fry the vegetables, maybe with some chicken or something if you want, and then serve it with a baked potato or some rice or something if you have it. Actually, if you do have rice (or can pick some up) you could make a curry by browning the meat, adding a jar of pre-made curry sauce and then adding the veg & simmering it.

    CHICKEN SHISH KABOB MARINADE

    1 chopped onion

    1 cup honey

    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

    2 tbsp chili powder

    1/3 cup Tabasco sauce

    1 tsp salt

    1 cup sugar

    the juice from 1 lemon

    2 fresh peppers

    Mix the ingredients in the blender for 30-50 seconds, or until well blended. Marinate the shish kabobs in the refrigerator for 6 or more hours.

    Get some eggs and make an omlette!! Healthy and fast...in time for the Apprentice!!

    Fry all veg in a little butter, season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs and add a tbsp water and pour over....the only question is do you consider eggs to be dairy??

    Pick up either, beef, chicken or shrimp, which ever your little heart desires and some rice.

    Those ingredients will make an awesome Stir Fry!!

    A simple stir fry sounds good and with those ingredients I would suggest chicken.

    sounds like you have the ingredients for a nice stir fry, just but some stew meat or chicken breasts and cut into slices. and put in some seasoning, like garlic, adobo,
