I am travelling from London Victoria Coach Station to London Euston Train Station What is the fastest way?
On Thursday I will have arrived in London from Copenhagen after a 21 hour coach jorney across 5 countries.
I arrive around 12.20 lunchtime at Victoria Coach Station and at I need to leave London Euston Train Station on the 13.17 train.
the journey is between 3 and 4.5 miles, that is 5-8 km depending on routes taken.
a cab may cost £20/$40 and the tube is £4/$8, can anyone with relevant knowledge help me out a little.
thanks Daniel R and Gazza, I am currently on Google Earth looking at the route on foot from coach station to victoria tube, am I correct in thinking the victoria tube entrance is actually inside victoria train station??
I found the victoria underground on a map, on the same map it shows victoria station someway away, so I am thinking it is a seperate entrance.
ok I finally cracked it, a map I was looking at incorrectly labelled Pimlico station as Victoria main station.
thank you for all your assistance.

It's 5 minutes walk from the coach station to the main Victoria Station. From there you can take the Underground, Victoria Line, four stops to Euston. Should take about 10 minutes.
Unless you've got absolutely tons of bags, this is by far the best way.

An option if it is raining. In Victoria train station, stand with all the platforms on your left and walk straight ahead, almost as far as you can go. Look left and you should see an escalator going up. Go up the escalator and walk through the shopping area. At the end of the shops, go out, cross the road ahead and go under the colonnade (open air walkway sheltered by roof held up by columns). Just before the end of the colonnade, look to your right, ahead, across the main road and you should see the coach station. Go down the slope to the traffic lights to cross to the main entrance of Victoria Coach Station. 5 - 10 minutes. If you need to buy food/snacks, in the shopping area you will pass a Boots and a Sainsburys. NB Toilets at the coach station (downstairs in the corner near the main entrance) and in the shopping area (upstairs near the restaurants) cost 20 pence last time I was there.

Follow the crowds to Victoria tube station, and get the Victoria Line direct to Euston station. This would easily be the fastest way.

Come out of the main exit to the train station and turn left. Walk about 30 yards to the corner of Buckingham Palace Road and turn left. There are some bus stops there and every bus goes the way you need further along the same road to the coach station. Or you can walk it in about 10 minutes,
