Does anyone know of a Suppository or other remedy for lower?
chronic acute gas pain. My pain is so bad I can't even stand up straight. Feels like knives sticking in all across the lowest part before the pelvic area. My Gastroentrologist has tried every Rx availible with no success. I'm up for trying any old home remedy to get some relief. Please help as this is taking over my lifestyle.

I looked at some of your previous Questions for a more detailed medical history, and I see that you've asked Questions about cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal). I also see that you've asked Questions about Neurotonin.
Is it possible that this is some type of post-cholecystectomy syndrome rather than gas? Are you actually passing more gas than you did before your cholecystectomy? If not, the problem may be elsewhere (with apologies to your GI doc, who should obviously be your first resource!)
Could this be gynecological rather than gastrointestinal? Do you have a gynecologist who could evaluate you for problems in that area?
You may want to do some research on "post-cholecystectomy syndrome". This article http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic2740.htm is very technical but may give you some ideas.

Take a pillow hold it firmly over your tummy (it will help with the pain) stand up as straight as you can, and WALK. Walking helps move the gas out of your body. I have been it the same spot you are. I feel your pain. Also try some good ol gas-x and stay away from the beef.
