you got a problem with add ons in ie7
In IE7 click tools >manage add ons >?disable enable
from the drop down select add ons currently loaded
note or take a screen print of the ones enabled so that you can restore them later on
disable one at a time until you find the one that causes your problem. Then leave it disabled
After you disable an addon, you have to restart the browser so that it starts with out that add on.

Just close the window and DO NOT click on that ad. Get a pop up blocker like the google tool bar.

i wouldn't touch any pop ups if i were you because once when i wanted to download someting that came from a pop up and our computer broke. we needed to buy a new one so don't do anything of what it says
