What would you think of finding someone in Jesus rediscovered tomb?

Just a little question I thought up. If Jesus tomb was ever rediscovered, what would happen if there was a body in there?

Just for the record as all half intelligent people know, the tomb was found and it was empty. The tards in those days try to make people believe the disciples took it away. LOL Funny thing is many still believe that today. Just pathetic!

Ok, to play your game! If they discovered a body in the tomb where Jesus was, then Christianity would be no different than any of the other goofy religions that have gods that are still in the tomb. False! Since there's no body, it could only mean He's still alive! NICE!

    Just My Thoughts!

Apparently you have never been to Israel. The location of Jesus tomb as been known since the first century. A chapel was build there by the second century, and it is the site of a cathedral today. Any time you want to go by there, you can check it out and see if there is a body in it. But so far in 2000 years no one has found one.

Depends almost entirely on what you base your faith. A hole in a rock containing a body, even if there were an inscription nearby which said "this is where Jesus was buried," would be only an interesting artifact. Either you believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day after his death, or you don't. Either you have a witness of this reality from God, through the Holy Spirit--or you are left to believe the theories and ideas formulated by men. God leaves the choice to each of us to believe anything we want. However, personal belief does NOT change reality. If you want to know, for yourself, independent of theories and wild stories and half-baked ideas, then commit yourself to study of the scriptures and sincere prayer to our Father and our God. Then you will know for yourself--through the Holy Ghost--and will not be drifting around waiting for someone to tell you what story to believe next.

Source(s): 1Corinthians 2:10-14 Book of Mormon, Moroni 10:4-5, especially verse 5 which says you may know the truth of ALL THINGS by the power of the Holy Ghost.

there's a tomb in Jerusalem that's supposed to be Jesus' tomb. there is a few good, yet no longer compelling, info to show that it would desire to be. The tomb contained burial boxes (I forget approximately the term) for a Joseph, Jesus, Mary and a few others. the favourite info is interior the prevalence of names i.e. whilst many of the names are extremely elementary, the combination of names at the same time interior the tomb, in all fairness uncommon. James' container replaced into mentioned to be got here across there inspite of the shown fact that, there is sweet reason to view this one as a forgery, plus the sorting out of absorbed hint aspects replaced into no longer a good tournament - IMHO. Edit: This tomb is plenty extra in all threat to be the actually tomb than the only interior the Chapel. various the "Holy" websites that folk pass to at present have been "stumbled on" in the process the crusades. it incredibly is very uncertain that any of them are genuine.

Whose body was it,if it bona fide Jesus, then he didnt rise from the dead in perfect form meaning he was lied about being God's son meaning he wasn't the messiah, but that would just be crazy.Us Christians know without a doubt Jesus rose and he is our Saviour

2000 years have passed. Pretty hard to verify it was Jesus tomb. But I guess that might shake my faith a little truth be told.

It would be a sick person with a mind set to try and convince us Christians against the very fact that Jesus Christ is alive and well!
