go to i forgot my pass word am sure it has that option

Most sites will have a 'forgot my password' option somewhere (try the 'support' or 'contact us' pages) .. they will then send you your password via eMail .. of course this assumes it's not your email password you have forgotten :-)
If you never gave them your email address in the first place, just create a new account ..

Just un install the software through add/remove programs in the control panel then reinstal it. you then can reset up your password
