there is only one sure way to do it!!! with a caller ID manager...or tele-zapper!!

    How It Works

Ninety percent of all telemarketing calls are dialed by a computer at random. When you answer your phone, the computer connects you to a live telemarketer. Now you can protect your privacy and eliminate disruptive computer-dialed telemarketing calls with the TeleZapper™.

When you or your answering machine picks up a call, TeleZapper™ emits a special tone that tells the computer your number is disconnected. Within seconds, your phone number is deleted from the computer's list. As your number is eliminated from more and more lists, those annoying computer-dialed calls virtually stop altogether.

The thing is, without callerID, there is nothing you can do. Subscribe to callerID through your telephone service. Once you have calledID operational, with an external callerID box, most will allow you to reject specific numbers, even 800 numbers. My callerID box has about 20 numbers on file to reject, some of which are 800 or 866 numbers. My callerID box sees the number and if it is on the reject list, simply announces, says that my number is not accepting calls from this number and then hangs up. I hear the phone ring once or maybe twice and then nothing as the box handles the call from a number on my reject list. My callerID box keeps a log in which I can view and see what calls went though and which were rejected. I get about on average 10 calls per month which are rejected. I have also informed my friends and relatives that I accept calls by appointment otherwise it goes to my voicemail and maybe I will calol back later.

    A simple method of retaliation:

They call, I say sure, I ll donate. When will your representative be here to pick it up. Sorry sir/ma am, I only give money to a real person. When can I expect him/her to show up?

I ve actually had a couple of them show up on my doorstep. I tell them I m sorry their trip was for nothing, I don t do business with any 1-800 Service providers. If you want to stop making wasteful trips here, have my number removed from 1-800 Service.

I still get 1-800 Service calls, but if enough of these "charities", etc. complain about their time being wasted by false leads, perhaps they ll become less inclined to do business with them.

By the way, the people who actually did show up at my door to pick up a donation were very upset about not getting anything. I m sure 1-800 Service has heard of it by now. We ll see ....

800 SERVICE calls with different numbers

With nomorobo, one just adds it to the report a number page.

The next time 800 SERVICE uses the number, the telephone will just ring once.

Before I installed nomorobo, I was receiving 10 to 20 robo calls a day.

Nomorobo is so effective, the telephone companies are trying to get it banned.

    Whose Number Records Database: https://tr.im/862peoplesearch

Public records are named so because these are records that are meant to be obtained by public so when you say "public", it can be anybody. Public record information may be used by anybody for inspections along with other things such as genealogy, verifications, and free background check. Whenever you state it is public, you don't need to to ask authorization to the individual who is named in the reports or the person who you might be looking into. You additionally have no reason to request authorization from your federal government if you wish to acquire this kind of data by ssn. All you need to do would be to go to them and follow the process of requesting the public records and then wait for the records to be ready for pick up. Once you already have the records that you need, you are now ready to perform a 800 service reverse phone check.

This annoying company uses dozens of different numbers. The only way to stop it is to purchase a telephone call blocker. I purchased one from Amazon for $39 called the T-Lock and it works pretty good. It will block 1000 numbers and whole area codes.
