Why am i always mad or depressed at things that dont need me to be upset or depressed about?

I used to be a happy, go to guy, with nothing but happiness. Lately, I been trying to settle down and start a family, which by the way i have started with a beautiful little girl. :) But i dont know why im always moody. I seem to get mad at things that have no reason for me to be upset about. Plus it created an environment where my partner and i decided to take time off. I dont know if we will get back together but now its killing me inside. What can i do to be that happy person i once was? Whats wrong with me?

    Try to accept people as they are...

    That way you don't get hurt when they say something that you don't like to hear...

    First of all to stop being mad or depressed is to WANT to stop feeling thos horrible emotions.

    Congratulation with your new baby girl! I think you are starting to get mad or moody because of the stress you have from trying to adapt to a new lifestyle. Nothing is wrong with you, everyone gets mad or depressed when the environment changes. Its just whether or not you want to/can cope with it.

    You don't want to hurt your partner or scare your little girl do you? If you don't you should definately try to be happy again. Everyone has their moment but if its constant that you should stop. Whenever you feel like you're getting mad, stop whatever you are doing and go somewhere quiet to calm yourself down. Have a shower, rinse your face, breathe in and out slowly and actually WANT to feel happy. Don't continuously sit there and think about worst things. When you're calm again continue to do what you were doing or do something else.

    If it doesn't work then you should seek some help with a counsellor.

    I suggest you take a break from your job. Its good to work and support your family but family is always the important part. If you had a bad day, do NOT take it out on your family. Let me tell you, I have a father who has anger management, he screams at my mum when hes mad or things doesn't go hes way and I always lock myself in the room. Ive been seeing that all my life so I feel uncomfortable if I'm locked in the same car, room , house as him. Do you want your girl to grow up being like this? No you don't.

    Please be happy for your girl. Well anyway, like I said before, you should take a break from your job and go on a mini holiday with your family. Do relaxing things and have fun. Maybe you are missing out the 'fun' part in your life.

    You shoulde desinate a certain day or time each week and do something that will relax your mind and take away the stress away from your mind. Play sports, do yoga, buy a massage chair and listen to music whilst getting a massage.

    Just ponder over the point that you were a girl and you had to leave your parents behind. Have you suggested your partener to take time out separately ?

    stress adds up try to keep a positive light hearted look at the world and laugh at yourself sometimes things are so much more trivial then they seem at the time. People are only as happy as they make up there minds to be is my favorite quote if you want to be happy you will be just stay positive

    Maybe your just worrying about something like you and your family`s future just try to calm down...You have a baby just think that your proud of your family.......
