This is a really morbid question.?
Do you think Charels Whittman was a good shot?
(he shot some one in the mouth from 300 yards, through a six inch gap.)
He was actually aiming for that specific target.

Not as good as Sgt Martinez who blasted ol Chuck with a shotty, Point blank style. Though the six inch gap is mighty impressive.

Yes, obviously he was a good shot. Learned from the Marine Corps. He is referenced in the movie "Full Metal Jacket" by director Stanley Kubrick.

Yes, Charles Whitman was a crack shot. But he was also a Crack Pot. (Pun intended?)
Although I would have to say that Whitman was an extraordinary sniper, it is sad for all the families of the people who were his victims. To a lesser degree, it was sad about Whitman himself.

Dpenends on what he was actually aiming for. Give anyone a good enough gun though and their poitential for being a "good shot" increases.

surely killing someone is mostly a negative thing to do
(positive maybe if its in self defence)
so if its a negative thing
then he's a "bad shot"
