Who should make the first move? (Guys)?

Guys should make the first move! And when your playing hard to get.. that makes them want you more.. so after awhile just give them little hints... little by little....that your interested!

Some guys are too shy or too afraid. Co'z they are afraid that...the girl won't/doesn't like them. They will not take any chances. Or maybe from experience.

every girl wants a guy to make the first move but if the girl is really brave shell do it herself

I am a boy. I think guys mostly like shy girl, it means guys will move first. just pray.

Just get him alone somehow. Tell him you need to talk or something. Then when he sits down somewhere sit down right next to him like almost on top of him and just smile and he shou8ld pic it up if not hes either really nervous or oblivious

Well i suggest be open with them and subtly let them know you like them. That should prompt them to make a move.
