Right now I'd have to pick Denise Richards. Time magazine calls her new reality show "shockingly predictable", I saw a clip from it on The Soup and every other word our her mouth was {{beep}} {{bleep}} {bleep}}{{bleep}}{{{bleep}}.

There are others I would add to the list of potentially dumbest (B Spears, L Lohan, P Hilton,) but I would have to say, including everyone (Kelly Pickler) Id have to say Jessica Simpson is about the dumbest person in the so-called-celebrity list.
