I am not a muslim. But in a pluralistic society like yours it would seem that you recognize the differences between yourselves. Then vote into law and enforce it the fact that Sunni's that break the law will be tried in front of a Sunni court house. And and the same thing for Shai. And if a Sunni does injury to a Shai that there be a court run by a foreigner who does business there. That will measure out justice. Also remember that according to the Bible the first world power is where Iraq is there now. And that was long before Islam. It is too bad they cannot just recognize each other as brothers and try to get a long. And in Daniel's time the Iraqi's were one people that were not afraid to allow foreigners to be in government. They reognized wisdom when they saw it whether Iraqi or not. This is the way the society should be in a pluralistric society. You are right divide and conquer is wrong. That is the way of a corrupt government that seeks to serve itself and not the people. A true government would empower the people to control the government so that justice will be meted out to all. And the best way to ensure any form of justice is that the groups be accountalbe to their peers that are in the same religious sect. Because I truly do believe in the places of Iran and Iraq and within Sunni and Shai are a people that want peace and not war. That want hope and not despair. And those are the goals that are common to man. Good luck.

Nationalism is good when Arab culture invades under the Islam banner and try to impose their foreign lifestyle and culture .
If you have a new convert you must know Turkish İslam is founded on Piri Turkistan Yesevi's teachings who said being Turk is a destiny religion is choice so it not a recent case , Turks were nationalist from the beginning .We were the warrior force. I don't see other Muslims are appreciating Turks contributings to Islam..No Turkish names are considered Islamic although Turks saved religion from crusaders .There are Christian names came from German , Latin ,Anglo Sakson but in İslamic culture all Islamic names are Arab names.Do you think we fall into such a sneaky hidden Arab nationalism..
We ruled Islam for centuries protected your khaliphates, because you were so defenceless ,now you think we will drop our nationality and become vassals
Turks have a different culture and perception .Nationalism is prominent part of our identity .Deal with it.

That is very true, in fact I was thinking about that right now. Everybody needs to reform. Islam is a religion, and look how it has been divided. I wish everybody had the same rituals, and beliefs, however, that cannot happen. I'm an American Muslim, however, most of the things I think is haram, also considering hurting somebody physically is haram.

Some of it may be based on some truth, but you are really over-generalizing. I am an American Muslim and I am way more conservative than a lot of born Muslims I know. It's depends a lot on the person, their family, how they were raised etc. And who told you it's OK for Egyptians if people become Christian or Jewish? Do not confuse secular laws with the man on the street. By the way, did you mention your nationality?????

American Muslims happen to be a little too materialistic.
The same is true for the other Muslims living in the West.
Arabian Muslims happen to look down on subcontinental Muslims (Indians, Pakistanis, and Bengali's). They treat them worst than animals. They make them work for days and night, and don't give their due salary at the end of the moment and that's why many of em were forced into committing suicide.
Turkish Muslims are kinda like the Arabs when it comes to nationalism. Whatever the Indians and Pakistanis are for the Arabs, that's what the Arabs are for the Turks. Another major problem with them is the love they have for Ataturk.
Iraqi Muslims are crazy. They'll end up destroying themselves eventually (Shiites and Sunnis).
Iranis are crazy and I wouldn't even count them as Muslims due to their preposterous and blasphemous beliefs against some of the Sahabah.
The problem with the Egyptians are their imams. They love to shout when giving a lecture. They can never be calm. It's like they think they're lecturing a crowd of deaf people.
Those are the amendments you need to make to your list.

Wow, what a deep analysis I am very much impressed!
Have you finished 3rd grade yet?
I HATE, CONDEMN, DISDAIN the hijab. I hope women will stop dressing like Arabs living 1500 years ago. Women should be liberated from all sorts of oppression and discrimination, including the hijab. But I don't see how this view of mine gives you the right to question MY Muslim identity and MY national identity. Turkey is secular, like the other Western countries you prefer to LIVE in, and always will be. So you better quit defaming Turkey for being a real "nation" , something which, if you read the accounts of Ernest Renan, only civilized people are capable of doing.

yeah its true... you also forgot to mention morocco and how they think its acceptable to have a women be in the porn industry and still call herself muslim??? im ashmed to be moroccan somedays. i think i may change my name.

yeah apart from that you have it right. but their are exceptions teh american converts are very very good. same with british conerts. its teh ethnics living in the country taht let islam down, well themselves really.
for example im moroccan.. i live in a big community of moroccans and thier deen is well... 0... no existent. they are too liberal. like one family is allowing their daughter to run for miss england, she did a bikni shoot the other month...haha
