Can I drink diet coke after getting wisdom teeth pulled?
i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I want a diet coke so badly! Is it safe to have one especially if i sip it?

No the post op instructions say clearly you can't have anything with a fizz. Like coke

No. Also soft drinks, especially diet ones are lethal chemicals and additives.
Drink pure grapefruit juice not from concentrate.
It's so refreshing, thirst quenching and very tasty.
So tasty you'll not want to drink soda ever again.
Also drink lots of cool or room temperature filtered water.
Don't forget to include purfiltered fresh milk in your daily intake of beverages.

when i got mine pulled out, they said no soda for 24 to 48 hours cuz you pretty much have open wounds in your mouth and it wouldn't be a good idea to have soda in there...that's just what the dentist told me

no. the carbonation (fizz) might irritate the sores in your mouth. and don't use a straw for any beverage for a while!

it has acid in it and you dont wanna take the chance of infection
