vegan artichoke dipping sauce recipies?

anyone have any recipies for vegan artichoke dipping sauces? i'm not interested in anything made with sour cream, mayonaise, or butter for those of you that don't understand and will still post these items anyway

Update:

i've tried the lemon thing... and i agree it's very good. i've also tried adding fresh rosemary to the boiling water while the artichoke is cooking... this also adds a nice light flavor, but i'm really just looking for new ideas

    I just squeeze a fresh lemon over the artichoke leaves

    MINT YOGURT DIP

    ¤ ½ cup plain yogurt ....... ¤ Juice of 1 and ½ lemons ....... ¤ 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint ....... ¤ 1 small garlic clove, minced

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    SUN-DRIED PESTO W/GOAT CHEESE DIP

    ¤ 2 Tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes, pureed ....... ¤ 2 Tablespoons prepared pesto ....... ¤ 2 ounces fresh goat cheese ....... ¤ 1 Tablespoons pure olive oil

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    LEMON GARLIC DIP

    ¤ Juice of 1 lemon ....... ¤ ½ cup yogurt ....... ¤ 1 garlic clove, minced ....... ¤ ¼ teaspoon salt ....... ¤ ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    HONEY MUSTARD

    ¤ ¼ Cup prepared mustard ....... ¤ 2 tablespoons cider vinegar ....... ¤ 2 tablespoons soy sauce ....... ¤ 2 tablespoons honey

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    LOW CALORIE DILL DIP

    ¤ 1 cup plain yogurt ....... ¤ 2 tablespoons minced green onion ....... ¤ 3 teaspoons chopped capers ....... ¤ ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed

    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
