Tea bags work very well! Use the regular Lipton tea..not the decaf! Just soak them in hot water for a minute then let them cool and squeeze them out a bit and rest with one on each eye for about five minutes. It works!!

mark. cosmetics has a new line of skincare products and the Light Bright hook-up - lighten & depuff eye gel would be perfect for your concern. The ingredients include cucumber, kiwi & lotus flower which are all great at targeting that problem area. The reviews so far have been very good. And it is very affordable ($8). I have really bad circles as well, and have been using it since it debuted last month. I look more well rested for sure.

I haven't ever tried this, but I have read more than once that Preperation H will take care of puffy eyes. I know it sounds wierd, but it's the same principle- puffy, swollen skin.
The other suggestions are good also, especially the one that refers to getting more sleep.

Try rubbing just a little preparation H on the area and rub it in a bit. Honest it really works wonders. It shrinks skin membranes etc

Getting more sleep doesnt usually help but you can get over night cream almost anywhere (cvs, or drugstores, target) at the should be gone within a couple of days:)

Put spoons chilled in the fridge on them, or chilled tea bags, or even cucumber slices. Also, get more sleep.
