Bumps on legs?? After shaving AND not!!??
I always have bumps all over my legs, especially after shaving, but even if I don't shave for a week (in the winter), they never go away! They are a red color usually. I just want SMOOTH legs and am afraid that will never happen!!
Any ideas??

huhh. same thing happens to my cousin. she shaved her legs toooo much n now i dnt think it will go away. but i heard if u wax it..it should get lighter n lighter. then go away :)
