I don't really care for any of these, but these are the only others I could find. I think Bella sounds fine though by itself. Hmmm....Gabriella could use bella as a nn.

i think that if you uses bell instead of bella you would find more names that go along with it.

I have a distant cousin named Sarabella, but I think her parents might have just made that up because my younger sister was named Sara the same year.

As for other Lucy names, there is Lucia. I've always liked that one.

Christabella or Ysabella? (Alternatively, Christabel or Ysabel, etc.)

Another option for Lucy is Lucinda.

Edit: One more alternative for Isabella... a friend of mine's middle name is Isobel, which I've always liked.

Marabella but i do like Isabella but you can spell it with only 1 L too
