What do you mean? Be more specific.

If you mean that you can’t open the “C:/” from your windows explorer (like from “My Computer”) and when you try to opened it ask for a application to open (“open with”):

That’s because a virus create an autorun file to open an EXE file. Assuming that you already have a updated anti-virus and you scan your computer, right click on “C:/” from “My Computer” and choose “Explore”. Then try to spot a file called "Autorun.inf" in there and deleted. If you don’t see the "Autorun.inf" select the “show hidden files” option in the explorer menu: View > Folder Options > View > Hidden File > “Show hidden files”. You can also view hidden files from WinRAR.

Just try to find this "Autorun.inf" file and deleted. Then, restart your computer.

If your hidden file option it’s corrupted and you can’t view the hidden files, go to http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoVwP...

    and view my answer.

Also delete this "Autorun.inf" file from your USB drive.

Then, you can go back to your default setting in: Folder Options > View > Hidden File > and select "don't show hidden files” (if you don’t want to view the hidden files anymore).
