I have got the first shot there are three the next one will be in 2 months (which is this month for me to go back and get it) then you go back in 6 months. I went to my reg MD and she did it, the cost..my insurance covers it and all I had to do is my my co-pay $20 I dont really feel shots, its like any regular shot like for the flu or something that allows fluid to go in your arm, just a bit of numbness afterwords just keep moving your arm around. =)

Mine was covered by my insurance. It was as painful as any other shot, but I thought it was a little cold when it went into my arm (could've just been my doctor though). The only annoying thing is that you have to get three shots over six months (one every two months) before it takes effect.

i have got it but don't know how much it costs. if you have insurance you are more than covered. you just pay the co-pay when you go to the doctor. it wasn't painful to get the shot but your arm is sore for a few hours later.
