What should I have done????

I just got a toll free call and the girl asked for my ex's current wife (at least, it was her name)!! I don't know how they got MY number - my ex & his wife now live in another town, too. I told her she had a WRONG number and hung up. I couldn't think fast enough to say I was her! What would you have done or said? I'm usually not mean, but this was a perfect set up!!!

Hon you did the right thing, it is best to stay way out of this kind of thing. If they call again hang up and don't ask any questions, he is your ex for a reason and remember that.

I don't know; some business called my house several times asking for a Brenda and a last name I did not recognize and apparently would not believe me when I said there was no Brenda at that number.
