is there a good program that i can use to downlod songs?

Question

i have a website that lets me listen to music thats about 3 months before mtv, and the radio stations get it. example: lollipop from lil wayne.......i tried to find them on frostwire but it didnt have it at the time until about 2 weeks before more and more people heard the songs and then i downloaded the song. is there any program that lets me download songs thats for free way before tv and radio stations have it? thanks

I Use Limewire To Find Taylor Swift Songs That Arn't Very Popular And It Seems To Work Pretty Well.
And It's Free...
Kazaa Never Worked Good For Me.
It Always Created Pop-Ups And Made My Computer Run Slow.

As far as programs for downloading legal music, I don't think there are any. Limewire is good for downloading music, but is used mostly to steal music. As far as finding good legal music, iTunes is the best I can suggest, (iTunes features free music on occasion).
