Depends on who you kiss. Kissing on the forehead to a grown up adult from a loving person say mother. A kiss on the nose to a young kid.

Forehead for sure. On the nose could reveal bad breath and still allows eye contact. If you want to keep eye contact, just go for the lips. But on the forehead shows you are thinking to yourself as it happens. It also depends on where the hands are...shoulders, waist, own pockets, holding your hands. I need more info =P
